What You Will Do

  • Answer phones, convey messages, and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Open, sort, and route incoming mail, as well as prepare outgoing mail and packages
  • Copy, scan, fax, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Write, type, or enter information into computer systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including scheduling, organization, and attendance
  • Interact with internal and external sources via email and/or telephone, providing excellent customer service
  • Order office supplies, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment
  • Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of related work experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external sources
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
