The Administrative and Executive Support specialist will report directly to a senior executive and will be an integral part of the company's administrative team. What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, ensuring easy access to information
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are taken care of
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, such as agendas and minutes
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital tools and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve administrative processes
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives
- Manage and maintain the company's digital presence, including social media platforms
- Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and other materials as required
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
