Job Description

## About the Role The Administrator - Customer Care role is a key position that supports the daily operations of our customer care team. As a skilled administrator, you will be responsible for completing administrative tasks, managing sales reports, and providing top-notch customer service. You will work closely with the sales and sales management teams to ensure seamless communication and support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.

## What You Will Do - Perform daily administrative functions, including managing sales reports and customer service requests - Interact with sales and sales management teams to provide support and resolve customer issues - Update and generate reports, reconcile daily transactions, and assist with customer service - Respond to submittals within the Sales Portal in a timely and efficient manner - Complete branch audit and compliance steps, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail - Document and submit individual task KPI data for process improvement - Assist the Customer Care Manager in developing and training employees - Research tax and freight claims, and run credit memos when necessary - Work with Financial Services to clear claims and add new customers to WESNET and PACT - Notify branch administrative managers of any discrepancies or issues

## What We Are Looking For - High School Degree or Equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred - Administrative experience, with a focus on customer service and sales support - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail - Experience with basic accounting duties, including light accounts receivables and payables - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

## Nice to Have - Experience with WESNET and PACT software - Knowledge of tax and freight claims, and credit memo procedures - Experience with branch audit and compliance procedures - Certification in customer service or administration
