Adoption Strategist - LATAM

About the Role

As an Adoption Strategist, you will be the most knowledgeable person in the room when it comes to the product, without needing to write code or own an account directly. You will be deeply involved in developing deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative. Your role will evolve over time, and you should be adaptable and excited to build as it does.

What You Will Do

• Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable implementation and enablement processes that educate customers on best practices and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
• Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
• Work directly with corporate and midmarket customers to drive adoption of their core use case and help identify new ones
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of adoption strategies
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them
• Develop and deliver training and support materials to customers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure customer success
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective handover of customers

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the AI or technology industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Experience with AI tools and technologies, including GTM and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the technology industry and market trends
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in AI or machine learning, such as TensorFlow or scikit-learn
