Adoption Strategist - Middle East

What You Will Do

• Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable implementation and enablement processes that educate customers on best practices and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
• Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
• Work directly with corporate and midmarket customers to drive adoption of their core use case and help identify new ones
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, product teams, and sales teams
• Develop and deliver training and support materials to help customers get the most out of the ElevenLabs platform
• Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights on the product and its features
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to drive adoption and deliver results
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business and industry, and apply that knowledge to drive adoption and deliver results

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a related role, such as adoption strategy, enablement, or implementation
• Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of AI tools and technologies
• Experience with GTM and Excel, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive adoption and deliver results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, product teams, and sales teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving adoption
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Experience working with corporate and midmarket customers, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
• Ability to travel, with a willingness to meet with customers and stakeholders as needed

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered products and platforms, with a deep understanding of the technology and its applications
• Knowledge of the sales process, with a understanding of how to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Experience working in a remote environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
