About the Role
The Ads Creative Strategist plays a vital role in Hustler Marketing's mission to deliver top-quality creative media to its clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing innovative ad campaigns that capture the essence of each client's brand and values. Your day-to-day tasks will involve researching and staying up-to-date with the latest TikTok and Instagram trends, as well as collaborating with content creators to bring your vision to life. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure that all ad campaigns meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.The role requires a deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends, as well as the ability to identify and strategize for various customer avatars' pain points. You will need to be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to plan ahead effectively. As a contractor, you will be expected to commit to a 30-day notice period after the first month and sign a non-disclosure agreement.

What You Will Do
- Develop detailed script briefs for content creators, including B-roll footage required
- Research and reach out to potential content creators to match each brand's customer avatar goal
- Communicate with content creators regarding the scope of each project
- Ensure the quality of video ad variations and select and arrange content creators for each project
- Keep up-to-date with ongoing TikTok and Reels trends
- Assist with any other tasks as required by the Product Manager
- Strategize script briefs based on current TikTok and Instagram trends
- Prepare detailed script briefs for content creators, including full video footage concepts
- Provide feedback on content received from content creators
- Ensure the quality of the content provided by content creators
- Research and identify new trends and opportunities for ad campaigns
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in developing engaging creative content across a range of niches
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media trends, with particular emphasis on TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate with content creators, colleagues, and clients
- Ability to come up with creative concepts based on current and foreseeable trends
- Strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Highly accountable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
- Great aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and thinking critically/analytically
- Possesses a growth and results-driven mindset
- Proficient in Excel
