About the Role

As an Ads Creative Strategist at Hustler Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative ad strategies for e-commerce clients. This will involve staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms, particularly on TikTok and Instagram Reels. You will work closely with content creators to produce high-quality ad content that meets the unique needs of each client.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include researching and reaching out to potential content creators, developing detailed script briefs, and ensuring the quality of ad content. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients, providing them with regular updates on ad performance and strategy.

As a key member of the Hustler Marketing team, you will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to drive innovative ad solutions and contribute to the company's mission of delivering exceptional ad content to clients.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement creative ad strategies for e-commerce clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms, particularly on TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Research and reach out to potential content creators to produce high-quality ad content
  • Develop detailed script briefs for content creators, including B-roll footage requirements
  • Ensure the quality of ad content, including video ad variations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on ad performance and strategy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive innovative ad solutions
  • Assist with any other tasks as required by the Product Manager
  • Select and arrange content creators for each project
  • Provide feedback on ad content received from content creators
  • Keep up with ongoing TikTok and Reels trends

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in developing creative ad content across a range of niches
  • Demonstrable knowledge of social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate with content creators, colleagues, and clients
  • Ability to come up with creative concepts based on current and foreseeable trends
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills to effectively deliver high-quality work
