About the Role

The Advertising Paid Search Strategist role is a critical component of Rithum LinkedIn Board's ecommerce strategy, focusing on developing and executing paid search campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. As part of the digital marketing team, the Advertising Paid Search Strategist will work closely with colleagues across different disciplines, including social media, content marketing, and analytics. What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure ad copy and landing pages are aligned with campaign objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search marketing
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve ROI goals
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine campaign targeting and ad creative
  • Work with the analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid search campaigns
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for campaign expansion and growth
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to senior marketing leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in paid search marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and other paid search platforms
  • Experience with campaign management tools and software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
