About the Role

As an Advertising Paid Search Strategist at Rithum LinkedIn Board, you will play a crucial role in driving ecommerce growth through strategic paid search campaigns. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to drive ecommerce sales and revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in paid search and apply this knowledge to campaign strategies
  • Analyze campaign data to inform future campaign decisions and optimize performance
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns
  • Develop and maintain reports to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new paid search opportunities to drive growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in paid search marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
  • Experience with campaign management tools such as Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other paid search platforms, such as Microsoft Ads or Pinterest Ads
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing
