Job Description
About the Role
The Advisor, Workforce Analysis is a key role supporting operational excellence through accurate forecasting, planning, and reporting across all contact center channels.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short-term forecasts for call, email, and chat/text volumes using predictive analytics
- Maintain Workforce Management system with accurate volume, average handle time, and staffing data
- Collaborate with Operations teams to understand business drivers and update forecasting models
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other MS Office tools
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills

- Experience with Power BI and workforce management systems
