## About the Role As an Affordability Consultant at Equifax, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by partnering with key accounts to solve their most critical affordability challenges. Your expertise in Open Banking and digital skills will be instrumental in optimizing lending decisioning and streamlining the customer journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, analytics, and technology, to deliver scalable affordability solutions.

The role entails serving as a point of contact for all affordability and Open Banking solution sales activities within covered accounts. This includes presenting and validating use cases, demos, and customer scenarios for which affordability and Open Banking solutions are uniquely suited. Your ability to demonstrate customer value and develop moderately complex proposals will be essential in driving sales growth.

## What You Will Do - Serve as the primary point of contact for all affordability and Open Banking solution sales activities within covered accounts - Present and validate use cases, demos, and customer scenarios for affordability and Open Banking solutions - Develop moderately complex proposals and support stakeholders with problem-solving and educational materials during negotiations - Demonstrate solid knowledge of affordability and Open Banking, capabilities, and customer issues they address and the value they offer - Continuously develop knowledge of the competition and help develop competitive strategies and positioning - Support customer success managers on expansion and renewal as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable affordability solutions - Optimize lending decisioning and streamline the customer journey through data-led innovation - Deploy scalable affordability and Open Banking solutions that leverage real-time API frameworks - Maximize commercial value by implementing configurable affordability solutions

## What We Are Looking For - Strong analytical or consulting experience or related role - Experience of Open Banking frameworks and APIs, including working with AIS transaction data categorization - Strong understanding of credit risk, lending decisioning, and customer journey optimization - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable affordability solutions - Ability to explain technical concepts and data categorization to product and technology teams - Ability to demonstrate long-term commercial value to business leaders - Ability to help resolve complex risk and compliance challenges for Credit Risk and Analytics directors - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt communication style to support different stakeholders effectively
