About the Role
Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. is seeking experienced sales representatives to partner with them in supporting and growing their retail and distribution accounts. As a sales representative, you will be the face of the company, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth. You will be working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's reach in the market.The role entails day-to-day interactions with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals. Your expertise in digital skills will be crucial in leveraging online platforms to reach a wider audience and stay ahead of the competition.
As a sales representative, you will be an integral part of the sales team, reporting to the sales manager. You will be expected to provide regular sales updates, analyze sales trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals

What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record of representing premium consumer brands, and building strong customer relationships
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Proficiency in digital skills, including social media, and online sales platforms
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience working with CRM software, and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of the outdoor, and sporting goods industry
- Certification in sales, or marketing, such as CSP, or CSM
