About the Role

The Agentic Operator role at Close is a unique opportunity for a growth marketer to own demand generation across paid, content, and channel. This role matters because it will be instrumental in building a demand engine that drives real results for the company. The successful candidate will be working closely with the growth product team to ensure that top-of-funnel traffic converts into trials and eventually paying customers.

As an Agentic Operator, you will be responsible for figuring out where Close should show up and building a presence there. This could involve leveraging SEO, YouTube, social media, paid advertising, partnerships, and product-led loops to drive growth. You will also be using AI as a force multiplier to ship the work of a much bigger team, which means you will need to be comfortable with building agent-assisted workflows for content production, distribution, paid testing, and reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel growth plan that drives real results for the company
  • Build and maintain a strong online presence for Close across various channels
  • Leverage AI to optimize and automate marketing tasks, such as content production and paid campaign management
  • Analyze data to understand what is working and what isn't, and adjust the growth strategy accordingly
  • Work closely with the growth product team to ensure that top-of-funnel traffic converts into trials and eventually paying customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in growth marketing, including AI and machine learning
  • Use AI to run experiments and ship work that would normally require a larger team
  • Turn one-off campaigns into systems that get sharper every week
  • Own top-of-funnel traffic and care about what happens after

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or marketing
  • Strong understanding of AI-leveraged marketing and its applications
  • Experience with SEO, YouTube, social media distribution, and paid advertising
  • Ability to develop and execute a multi-channel growth plan
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Experience with agent-assisted workflows and automation
