About the Role

Ramp is looking for an Agentic Operator to join its team in designing, building, and operating AI agents for the Marketing team. This role involves building AI from scratch to autonomously run marketing workflows, including content generation, campaign development, and paid channel optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents from scratch for marketing workflows
  • Break down workflows into agent architectures
  • Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality and drive improvement
  • Design self-improving loops for agents to learn from outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience with GTM, HubSpot, and Salesforce
