About the Role
The Agilist role at HBX Group is a key position that will drive the implementation and adoption of agile methodologies across the company's software development teams. As a seasoned agile specialist, you will be responsible for increasing team efficiency, motivating teams, and implementing changes that ensure quality and timeliness. You will work closely with the Agile Transformation Programme to plan and implement the transformation phasing, select frameworks, and lead the rollout of the new working model.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve customer satisfaction. You will be part of a community of practice that drives the implementation of best practices within the development teams, with a focus on reliability, observability, quality, performance, and security.

What You Will Do
- Implement agile methodologies across software development teams
- Increase team efficiency and motivate teams to achieve customer satisfaction
- Implement changes that ensure quality and timeliness
- Work closely with the Agile Transformation Programme to plan and implement the transformation phasing
- Select frameworks to facilitate the transformation and lead the rollout of the new working model
- Encourage collaboration and self-organization between teams across the company and value stream
- Assist with internal and external communications, improve transparency, and remove impediments that block the delivery team from working
- Facilitate the creation of useful, reliable, and practical sprint plans for software development and monitor burn-down velocity
- Guide the team and the wider organization on how to use and implement Agile/Scrum practices
- Work closely with the Product Management group to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and continuously ready for planning and value delivery
What We Are Looking For
- Strong background in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate teams to achieve customer satisfaction
- Experience working with software development teams and driving agile implementation
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and principles
- Experience with agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Experience working in the travel industry or a related field
- Knowledge of travel technology and software development trends
