About the Role

ContentJet, a Canadian UGC creative agency, is on a mission to revolutionize the way brands connect with creators and produce high-performing user-generated content at scale. To achieve this, the company aims to replace every manual, repetitive task with an AI agent or automation. As an AI Agent Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building complete AI agent systems from concept to production. Your primary objective will be to systematically identify manual bottlenecks across ContentJet's operations and replace them with autonomous agent systems that can run 24/7 without human intervention.

The role entails working extensively with cutting-edge technologies such as Claude Code CLI, Claude Cowork with MCP connectors, OpenClaw, and custom multi-agent systems. You will be responsible for defining agent roles, communication flows, tool integrations, and orchestration logic, ensuring seamless interaction between different components of the system. Your expertise will be crucial in architecting agent communication flows, decision trees, tool-use schemas, and escalation logic within the OpenClaw gateway.

ContentJet serves global clients across e-commerce, healthcare, and marketing verticals, providing them with high-performing user-generated content. What You Will Do

  • Systematically audit ContentJet's operations to identify every manual task that can be replaced by an AI agent or automation
  • Design and build multi-agent systems that fully replace manual workflows, including creator sourcing, outreach, qualification, brief processing, campaign management, reporting, and team coordination
  • Use Claude Code CLI as the primary development environment to build, debug, and ship agent systems rapidly from the terminal
  • Build complex automation workflows using Claude Cowork with MCP connectors, orchestrating multiple platforms such as Monday.com, TikTok, Modash, Instantly, Google Drive, and Slack into seamless, zero-touch pipelines
  • Deploy and configure agents via OpenClaw for multi-platform delivery, including Slack, Telegram, and web interfaces, with DM and group chat support
  • Architect agent communication flows, decision trees, tool-use schemas, and escalation logic within the OpenClaw gateway
  • Integrate agents with external tools via APIs and MCP connectors, including Monday.com, Modash, TikTok, Instantly, Apollo, Apify, Firecrawl, ElevenLabs, Creatomate, etc.
  • Develop AI-powered creator sourcing and outreach pipelines, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and automation

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and building AI agent systems, automation workflows, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or equivalent
  • Experience with Claude Code CLI, Claude Cowork, OpenClaw, or similar technologies
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to apply them to real-world automation challenges
  • Understanding of workflow optimization principles and experience in identifying manual bottlenecks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex systems and workflows
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in distributed teams
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

Nice to Have

  • Experience with n8n, VAPI, or other workflow automation tools
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with API design and development, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Certification in AI, machine learning, or related fields
