About the Role
Winbold, a pioneering startup in AI-driven investment management, is seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer to join their team in India. As an AI Agent Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining AI Agent systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.The day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and testing AI Agent systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Your contributions will directly impact the company's mission to revolutionize investment management through AI and LLMs.
As part of the development team, you will report to the technical lead and collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines. Open communication, proactive problem-solving, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and test AI Agent systems using LangGraph or Agno frameworks
- Build and maintain MCP servers, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity for agents
- Utilize Agent Memory, Long running agents, and Deep Agents to optimize system performance
- Apply RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agent Memory to enhance AI capabilities
- Develop and implement reasoning models and planning agents for task planning
- Monitor and analyze agent executions to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the team to integrate AI Agent systems with existing infrastructure
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and LLMs
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with AI Agent frameworks, particularly LangGraph or Agno
- Strong understanding of MCP servers, Agent Memory, and Long running agents
- Experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, and reasoning models
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (not required but preferred)

- Experience with Google ADK
