About the Role
The AI and Data Portfolio Director is a critical role at Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and governance of projects and initiatives within an assigned area. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, as the successful candidate will be expected to manage and mentor a team of project professionals, while also collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes. The role is part of the global TDS PMO organization and reports into the Head of the TDS PMO, providing a high level of visibility and influence across the company. As such, the AI and Data Portfolio Director must be able to navigate complex organizational dynamics, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. - Develop and execute strategic plans for the assigned portfolio, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee the management of projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and prioritize projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
- Develop and maintain portfolio-level reports, including status, risks, resource demand, and financials
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and issues, while also driving continuous improvement and optimization
- Manage and mentor a team of project professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, project team members, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with governance processes, methodologies, and standards, while also driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business objectives, strategic goals, and operational priorities
- Collaborate with other Portfolio Directors to ensure consistency and visibility across the broader TDS portfolio

- Proven experience in portfolio management, preferably in a similar industry or role
- Strong technical skills, including Excel, and experience with project management tools and software
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of project professionals
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the company's business objectives and strategic goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience with governance processes, methodologies, and standards, including portfolio management and project delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and excellence
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI and data analytics, including data visualization and reporting
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with cloud-based project management tools, including Asana, Trello, and Jira
- Certification in project management, including PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
- Experience with IT service management, including ITIL and service delivery
