About the Role
The AI Automation Specialist role at TOMORROW HIRE is a full-time, remote position that requires an experienced professional to design, develop, and implement AI-driven systems to automate complex business processes. The AI Automation Specialist will be working on a dynamic team, responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for automation, and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven systems to automate complex business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CISO security and CIO teams, to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and recommend solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems with automation systems
- Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align automation with organizational goals
- Implement and maintain AI/ML models, including natural language processing and machine learning
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows using Postal tools
- Integrate AI models into existing infrastructure, including Splunk, Databricks, and Microsoft Power Tools
- Monitor and optimize automation performance, ensuring system scalability and reliability
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in automation/AI-related work
- Proficiency in scripting, Python, and experience with AI/ML libraries
- Experience with low-code/no-code tools, Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active Public Trust or Secret clearance
Nice to Have
- Experience with Okta automation and ServiceNow ticket generation
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization
- Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools
- Certification in AI, machine learning, or a related field
