About the Role

The AI Automation Specialist role at TOMORROW HIRE is a full-time, remote position that requires an experienced professional to design, develop, and implement AI-driven systems to automate complex business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including CISO security and CIO teams, to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions. As a key member of the team, the AI Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and improving business efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and implement AI-driven systems to automate complex business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CISO security and CIO teams, to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and recommend solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems with automation systems
  • Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align automation with organizational goals
  • Implement and maintain AI/ML models, including natural language processing and machine learning
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows using Postal tools
  • Integrate AI models into existing infrastructure, including Splunk, Databricks, and Microsoft Power Tools
  • Monitor and optimize automation performance, ensuring system scalability and reliability

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in automation/AI-related work
  • Proficiency in scripting, Python, and experience with AI/ML libraries
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools, Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Active Public Trust or Secret clearance

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Okta automation and ServiceNow ticket generation
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization
  • Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools
  • Certification in AI, machine learning, or a related field
