About the Role
The AI Creative Producer position at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity to pioneer the use of AI in content creation. Your mission is to prototype workflows, test models, and push the boundaries of what is possible with Elevenlabs' AI tools. ## What You Will Do
- Develop and implement workflows for AI-generated content creation
- Test and refine AI models to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate with the social and growth teams to produce content that drives awareness and engagement
- Define the standards of AI-generated content, including cinematic visuals and social assets
- Work closely with the Creator Growth team to prototype and refine content creation workflows
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI-generated content and generative media
- Provide feedback and insights to the development team to improve AI model performance
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of AI-generated content that showcases your skills and creativity
- Participate in the development of the company's content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI-generated content into marketing campaigns

## What We Are Looking For
- Deep experience prompting for image, video, and audio models, with a strong portfolio of examples
- A sharp design eye and the ability to distinguish between good and great AI-generated content
- Technical fluency, with the ability to work with AI tools and models
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles and narrative structure
- Experience with content creation workflows and project management tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
