About the Role

The success of AI models relies heavily on the quality of the data used to train them. As an AI Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the data used to train AI models is accurate, relevant, and of high quality. Your work will involve performing tasks such as data collection, evaluation, and annotation, as well as pairwise comparisons and object tagging.

What You Will Do

• Collect and evaluate data to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Chinese
• Perform pairwise comparisons to ensure data quality and consistency
• Conduct counting tasks to support data analysis and annotation
• Tag and label objects across different content types, including audio, video, images, and collected data
• Work on data annotation and labeling tasks to support machine learning model development
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data quality and consistency
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure data meets the required standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and data analysis

What We Are Looking For

• Native-level fluency in Chinese
• Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (levels B2-C2)
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data quality
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI models and machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools
