About the Role

The AI Data Specialist role at RWS Group is a unique opportunity for individuals with native-level fluency in Irish Gaelic to contribute to the development of AI-generated content. What You Will Do

  • Collect and evaluate data to support the development of AI-generated content in Irish Gaelic
  • Perform pairwise comparisons to assess the quality and relevance of the data
  • Count and annotate data across different content types, including audio, video, images, and collected data
  • Object tagging and labeling of data to support machine learning tasks
  • Develop and maintain datasets to support the training of AI models
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Participate in data quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality data
  • Contribute to the development of data annotation guidelines and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and data annotation

What We Are Looking For

  • Native-level fluency in Irish Gaelic
  • Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (levels B2–C2)
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling
  • Strong understanding of data quality and integrity principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with data annotation tools and platforms
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
