What You Will Do

• Collect and evaluate data to support the development of AI-generated content
• Perform pairwise comparisons and counting tasks to ensure data quality
• Tag and label objects across different content types, including audio, video, images, and collected data
• Work with various data formats, including text, images, and audio files
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and quality
• Participate in data annotation and labeling tasks to support AI model development
• Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated content to improve its quality and accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and data science
• Contribute to the development of new data-related projects and initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Native-level fluency in Polish
• Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (levels B2-C2)
• Experience in one or more areas of AI and data capabilities, including machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with remote teams
• Ability to work flexibly and manage your own schedule and workload
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with data annotation and labeling tools and software

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and models
• Knowledge of data science and AI development
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools and software
• Certification in data science or AI-related fields
