About the Role

Highstreet is seeking a dedicated AI Developer to contribute to next-generation AI solutions that empower public sector and education clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test AI agents to enhance operational outcomes.
  • Integrate agents with enterprise data sources, APIs, and workflows.
  • Translate AI capabilities into actionable business use cases.
  • Monitor the AI landscape and conduct quarterly capability assessments.
  • Utilize Python, Java, and SQL for systems design and database integration.
  • Structure agent schemas using PowerFx and JSON while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • Experiment with new AI services to expand the solution portfolio.
  • Collaborate with analysts and solution architects to deliver deployable solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in software development or applied AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in LLM-based tools or workflow automation frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hands-on projects involving LLMs, RAG, or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps tools like Semantic Kernel or LangChain.
  • Knowledge of Copilot Agent Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
