Job Description

About the Role

Datavent is expanding its Claude AI delivery network, and as an AI Developer, you'll play a key role in this growth. You'll collaborate on client projects across Europe and the Gulf, working closely with Datavent leads on solution design, technical documentation, and client delivery. The role entails designing and building Claude-powered AI applications and agents for enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise in AI, machine learning, and software development.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and deploying RAG pipelines, building and publishing MCP servers, and automating repetitive enterprise workflows using Claude. You'll also focus on improving the developer experience by integrating Claude into internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering workflows.

As part of Datavent's delivery network, you'll have access to training and certification that is not publicly available, setting you up for success in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Design and build Claude-powered AI applications and agents for enterprise clients
  • Develop and deploy RAG pipelines with document ingestion, vector search, and retrieval optimization
  • Build and publish MCP servers that connect Claude to enterprise data sources, APIs, and internal tools
  • Automate repetitive enterprise workflows using Claude: document processing, report generation, data extraction, and decision support
  • Improve developer experience by integrating Claude into internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering workflows
  • Replace or augment manual business processes with Claude-powered agents and agentic workflows
  • Collaborate with Datavent leads on client delivery, solution design, and technical documentation
  • Work on integrating Claude into existing systems and tools to enhance their functionality
  • Participate in the development of best practices and guidelines for AI development within the company

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong Python background with production-grade delivery experience
  • Hands-on experience building LLM applications: RAG, agents, tool use, prompt engineering
  • Experience building or consuming MCP servers
  • Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3) and other relevant technologies
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or direct Anthropic API usage
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles and practices
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies
