About the Role

The AI Developer position at Whitecollars is a critical role that involves designing and developing internal AI-driven applications and intelligent agents to support project management, procurement, reporting, and operational decision-making. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Operations and Marketing departments to build scalable AI-powered tools that enable the company to operate with structured intelligence across departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing AI models, integrating AI systems with internal databases and project management tools, and maintaining system documentation and performance monitoring.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop internal AI-powered tools and dashboards to support automation and business operations
  • Build and integrate AI models into structured workflows, ensuring scalability and system reliability
  • Develop intelligent AI agents for summarization, forecasting, and workflow support with tool-calling capabilities
  • Connect AI systems with internal databases, project management tools, and financial platforms for seamless integration
  • Maintain system documentation, version control, and ensure performance monitoring and security standards
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies while continuously improving system and agent performance through iteration and feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI solutions that meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and machine learning

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in AI development, application building, or systems engineering
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks and API integrations
  • Strong understanding of structured data systems and workflow logic
  • Fluent in English - written, spoken, and comprehension
  • Strong analytical and architectural thinking skills
  • Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms and technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms
  • Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Certification in AI or related field
