AI Enablement Intern

About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional partners, including product, marketing, and customer service teams, to develop and implement AI solutions that drive business growth.

As an AI Enablement Intern, you will be responsible for researching and evaluating AI tools and approaches, building and testing prototypes, and creating clear documentation and playbooks for others to reuse. You will also have the opportunity to participate in enablement activities, such as demos, office hours, and training sessions, to help others understand and apply AI concepts.

What You Will Do

• Research and evaluate AI tools and approaches, such as large language models, workflow automation, and search/RAG
• Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can help improve workflows and efficiency
• Partner with stakeholders to define problems clearly, map workflows, and estimate potential value and effort
• Build and test small prototypes or proofs of concept, such as prompt workflows, chat-based assistants, and automation scripts
• Create clear documentation and playbooks for others to reuse, including prompt guides, best practices, and example workflows
• Participate in enablement activities, such as demos, office hours, and training sessions, to help others understand and apply AI concepts
• Help run simple enablement activities, such as collecting feedback and tracking results
• Follow responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement AI solutions that drive business growth
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and approaches, and apply this knowledge to improve AI solutions

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a Master's degree, or an upcoming graduate
• Interest in AI and curiosity about how it can be applied to improve real workflows
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly and experimenting in a structured way
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
• Organized and self-directed, with attention to detail and follow-through
• Analytical mindset, able to break down problems and propose practical solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box

Nice to Have

• Prior hands-on experience leveraging AI through an internship, co-op, research project, academic lab, or similar environment
• Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or automation tools, such as Zapier, Make, or Apps Script
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt design, including evaluating output quality
• Experience building lightweight prototypes, such as spreadsheets, dashboards, scripts, or basic apps
• Interest in product thinking, process improvement, and change management
