About the Role

As an AI Filmmaker, you will be responsible for generating scenes using the latest AI video tools, editing footage into finished episodes, and maintaining character consistency across episodes. You will work closely with the team to create serialized stories that engage and entertain our audience.The role is perfect for those who are passionate about storytelling, video production, and AI technology. What You Will Do
- Generate scenes using the latest AI video tools
- Edit footage into finished episodes in vertical 9:16 format
- Maintain character consistency across episodes using approved reference assets
- Sync music and sound effects to match the tone and pacing of each scene
- Add captions and text overlays timed to dialogue and action
- Export and optimize content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas and concepts
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with innovative solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI video production
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of our content
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working with AI tools for generating video, static, and audio
- Understanding of the basic rules of editing and frame composition
- Prompt engineering skills
- Experience in classic video production (films, TV series, shows)
- Understanding of dramaturgy and story construction
- Experience working with short drama or creating AI content for TikTok/YouTube
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation and discipline
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
