About the Role
The AI for Business & Transformation Teaching Experts will be part of TripleTen's team, working on delivering specialized courses that teach practitioners how to apply AI tools strategically in real-world business workflows. This role is crucial in driving the adoption of AI across various organizations and helping individuals and teams lead change. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AI tools and digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to translate real-world AI experience into learning that sticks. As part of this role, the expert will work closely with the team to design and deliver courses that cover AI for Smart Work, AI for Sales, AI for L&D, AI for Marketing, and AI for Teachers. They will also be responsible for creating educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials.What You Will Do
- Deliver live workshops and training sessions
- Create educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials
- Design practical exercises, guides, and prompts
- Work with business examples and case studies to explain the reasoning behind technology choices
- Collaborate with the team to develop curriculum and learning materials
- Provide support and guidance to students and practitioners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and digital transformation
- Participate in the development of new courses and programs
- Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality delivery of courses and programs
What We Are Looking For
- 1-6 years of experience working with AI tools or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in teaching, training, or coaching
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in business workflows
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working with non-technical audiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI governance and digital transformation strategy
- Knowledge of build vs. buy decisions and AI governance basics
