About the Role

The role entails end-to-end ownership of a specific growth wedge, whether it's programmatic SEO, paid ads, lifecycle management, or another area of focus. You will be responsible for building an AI-driven system to execute your chosen strategy at scale, continually measuring, learning, and iterating to optimize results.

What You Will Do

• Pick a specific growth wedge and own it end-to-end, applying AI-driven solutions to scale.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for your chosen growth wedge, incorporating AI tools and workflows.
• Build an AI-driven system to automate and optimize your growth strategy, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Run tight loops of shipping, measuring, learning, and repeating to continually improve your strategy.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate your growth wedge into the broader company strategy, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
• Utilize AI-plus-code to 100x your productivity and achieve outcomes that were previously impossible.
• Analyze data and metrics to inform your growth strategy, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and growth hacking, applying new insights and technologies to your work.
• Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders, presenting your strategy and results in a clear and compelling manner.

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional AI skills, including experience with asynchronous agents, automations, evaluations, and QA.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Ability to code, with a preference for TypeScript-first approaches.
• Track record of running successful, large-scale growth strategies, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with programmatic advertising, including TikTok Ads and other platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to drive insights from data.
• Strong understanding of growth hacking principles and strategies, with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency and a drive to achieve results.

Nice to Have

• Experience with lifecycle management and customer retention strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and practices, particularly in the context of programmatic SEO.
