About the Role
The AI Operations, GTM role at Hightouch is a unique opportunity to embed within the RevOps team and revolutionize the way sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate. As a leader in AI marketing, Hightouch is committed to harnessing the power of AI to drive transformational velocity and performance. This role will focus on identifying high-impact opportunities for AI and agentic automation across the GTM org, designing and building workflows, and leading enablement across teams.The ideal candidate will be a trailblazer, always on the edge of what's possible and ready to turn their knowledge into actionable solutions. This space moves quickly, and the ability to prototype fast, cut what doesn't work, and bring what does back to the team is essential.
What You Will Do
- Audit GTM workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and agentic automation
- Design and build agentic workflows using tools like Clay, Claude, and Hightouch to replace manual busywork and accelerate pipeline
- Own the AI context layer, building and maintaining Claude skills, Glean knowledge resources, knowledge graphs, and other systems that make AI tools smarter over time
- Stay obsessively current on new AI releases, models, and tooling, prototyping fast and bringing what works back to the team
- Lead enablement across GTM teams, training reps, marketers, and customer success managers on new AI-powered workflows and driving sustained adoption
- Work closely with the RevOps and Systems team to ensure seamless integration with the existing stack
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation of AI workflows and processes
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in RevOps, GTM Operations, or Solutions Engineering, with a deep understanding of how go-to-market teams operate day-to-day
- Strong knowledge of AI and agentic automation, with experience building workflows and designing AI context layers
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to take complex concepts and make them accessible to a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience with APIs, prompts, and stitching tools together, with a comfortable working with APIs and data integration
- A growth mindset, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on the latest AI releases and models
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience building enrichment and outreach workflows with Clay
- Experience building with Claude, including skills, custom prompts, and agentic workflows
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs and building AI context layers, including Glean, vector search, and RAG systems
- Background at a data or developer tools company, with experience working with complex data sets and developing AI-driven solutions
- Experience with Hightouch or the composable CDP / data activation ecosystem
