About the Role
Ramp is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive the adoption of AI across the organization. The successful candidate will help teams develop an AI-first mindset, leveraging new capabilities to drive change at high velocity.Responsibilities
- Deploy AI-driven automations across non-engineering teams
- Enable team members to use deployed workflows in their daily work
- Map processes, build workflows, and orchestrate integrations
- Measure impact and iteratively optimize based on user feedback
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in product management, product ops, or similar roles
- Deep experience using AI to build, ship, and transform work
- Technical fluency with low-code/no-code tools, SQL, and BI tools
How to Stand Out
- Focus on showcasing your experience with AI-driven automation and optimization tools, such as Notion, n8n, and Gumloop.
- Be prepared to walk the interviewer through your process for mapping processes and building workflows.
- Highlight your ability to drive change and measure impact, using specific metrics and feedback from previous roles.
