About the Role

Ramp is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive the adoption of AI across the organization. The successful candidate will help teams develop an AI-first mindset, leveraging new capabilities to drive change at high velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy AI-driven automations across non-engineering teams
  • Enable team members to use deployed workflows in their daily work
  • Map processes, build workflows, and orchestrate integrations
  • Measure impact and iteratively optimize based on user feedback

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, product ops, or similar roles
  • Deep experience using AI to build, ship, and transform work
  • Technical fluency with low-code/no-code tools, SQL, and BI tools

How to Stand Out

  • Focus on showcasing your experience with AI-driven automation and optimization tools, such as Notion, n8n, and Gumloop.
  • Be prepared to walk the interviewer through your process for mapping processes and building workflows.
  • Highlight your ability to drive change and measure impact, using specific metrics and feedback from previous roles.
