About the Role

The AI Operator role at A-Players is a unique opportunity for individuals who excel in analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing AI-driven solutions. As a Business Associate with a strong AI and systems focus, you will work directly with founders and their teams to streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and bring structure to daily operations. Your primary objective will be to spot areas where manual work is slowing things down and build workflows that fix it.

The role requires a deep understanding of how teams operate, the ability to identify inefficiencies quickly, and the skill to use AI tools to simplify workflows. You will be embedded with a US startup and work closely with a founder, C-level executive, or head of a function, depending on the placement. The work varies, but the common thread is the ability to think in systems, build scalable solutions, and make the team around you faster.
