Job Description

About the Role

The AI Product Builder role at Valsoft Corporation is a unique opportunity to drive customer value by integrating AI APIs and tools into existing software products. As part of the Fluent Software Group, you'll work closely with R&D teams to identify areas where AI can enhance customer experiences and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to bring AI-powered products to market.

In this role, you'll have the freedom to operate like a startup founder, with the resources and support of an established company. You'll be responsible for turning AI potential into real products that customers will pay for, and your scope and title will grow as the product takes shape. What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to identify areas where AI can enhance customer experiences
  • Design and develop AI-powered products that meet customer needs
  • Integrate AI APIs and tools, such as Cursor, Claude Code, and bolt.new, into existing software products
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design
  • Develop and maintain prototypes to test and validate product hypotheses
  • Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI
  • Present product ideas and prototypes to stakeholders, including executives and customers

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, with a focus on AI-powered solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI APIs and tools, including Cursor, Claude Code, and bolt.new
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning or deep learning
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
