About the Role

The AI Product Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI-native tools and products that drive business growth and student engagement. This position will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Production, and Engineering, to identify business problems and develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI development tools, such as Claude and Claude Code, and experience with HubSpot and other workflow automation platforms.

As a key member of the product function, the AI Product Manager will be responsible for designing and building internal tools and workflow products that streamline business operations and improve efficiency. This will include developing AI-powered instructor sourcing tools, payment and invoice workflows, sales automation tools, and production planning and course launch tools. The role will also involve working with the CTO and software engineers to build complex products and driving adoption of new tools and technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Discover real business problems through stakeholder interviews, workflow observations, and sharp questioning
  • Design product solutions that address business pain points and improve operational efficiency
  • Write deep specifications using AI tools, such as Claude and Claude Code
  • Prototype products and work with engineers to build and deploy complex solutions
  • Drive adoption of new tools and technologies through training, support, and feedback collection
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI development tools, HubSpot, and other workflow automation platforms
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to design and develop user-friendly and intuitive interfaces
  • Develop and implement a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in an AI-driven or ed-tech environment
  • Strong understanding of AI development tools, such as Claude and Claude Code
  • Experience with HubSpot and other workflow automation platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience with prototyping and building products using AI-assisted development tools
  • Knowledge of UX and UI design principles

Nice to Have

  • Experience with n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Supabase, Vercel, and other workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and other productivity suites
  • Knowledge of sales automation and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
