AI Product Manager

About the Role

As a key member of the product team, the AI Product Manager will own the roadmap for core organic growth platform features, running continuous discovery, and identifying gaps and opportunities before they become obvious. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to support launches and connect customer feedback to product decisions.

The role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to move quickly from idea to testable prototype. The AI Product Manager will be expected to maintain a high quality bar while iterating rapidly, using data to inform decisions and drive results.

What You Will Do

• Own the product roadmap for core organic growth platform features
• Run continuous discovery, including user interviews, data analysis, and competitor research
• Identify gaps and opportunities before they become obvious and make prioritization calls based on user impact and business value
• Build and ship prototype solutions using AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor
• Collaborate with engineers to refine and ship production-ready features
• Maintain a high quality bar while moving quickly
• Research and track competitors, staying ahead of AI search platform changes
• Synthesize trends into actionable product insights and share intelligence across the team
• Live in product analytics tools, defining and tracking key KPIs for features
• Run experiments and measure impact, using data to kill features that aren't working
• Advocate for the user, thinking from their standpoint and pushing for simplicity and clarity in every interaction

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product management at a fast-moving startup, preferably in an AI company
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
• Some software engineering background, with the ability to read and write code
• Strong UX instincts and the ability to think like a user
• Data-driven decision-making, with daily use of analytics tools
• High ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• AI fluency, with the ability to use AI coding tools for daily work and learn new tools quickly
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with global teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of machine learning principles and their applications in product development
• Familiarity with design thinking and human-centered design principles
• Certification in product management or a related field
