About the Role
As an AI Project Manager at TripleTen, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and scaling AI-assisted workflows to optimize content production and growth marketing operations. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between creative teams, automation tools, and rapid pipeline execution. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including copy, design, CRM, and growth teams, to streamline delivery pipelines and improve overall efficiency.The role is based in Spain, but as a remote job, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be expected to be highly independent, with a strong ability to operate in undefined operational environments. Your expertise in Excel and no-code automation will be essential in this role, as you will be working with various tools and platforms to optimize workflows.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement AI workflows to optimize content production and asset localization
- Configure and maintain interactive growth funnel assembly lines using tools such as Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat
- Deploy and optimize AI pipelines across CRM systems, creative generation, messaging channels, and asset production
- Streamline delivery pipelines and manage operational dependencies across the Copy, Design, CRM, and Growth teams
- Audit legacy content production workflows and simplify complex, manual processes into lean, repeatable steps
- Evaluate, integrate, and manage the ecosystem of no-code platforms, generative AI interfaces, and third-party operational vendors
- Define operational metrics and transformation reporting to track pipeline velocity and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative and analytical processes
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and bottlenecks
What We Are Looking For
- Proven operational experience in project management, operations management, or growth operations, with a focus on high-volume delivery pipelines
- Hands-on experience with no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Practical experience with AI application, including engineering prompts and structuring workflows using foundational models
- Strong process architecture skills, with a proven track record of re-engineering unorganized workflows into clear, streamlined processes
- Ambiguity tolerance and pragmatism, with the ability to operate in undefined operational environments
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in cross-functional coordination and team alignment
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance speed and quality
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with interactive tooling mastery, including configuring and managing user journeys within Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat frameworks
- Familiarity with AI creative tools, such as video generation, automated image manipulation, or voice/audio workflows
- Knowledge of growth marketing principles, including automated CRM workflows, behavioral triggers, and localized content delivery mechanisms
