What You Will Do
- Conduct red team tests of AI models to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks
- Design and execute jailbreaks, prompt injections, and bias exploitation to test AI models
- Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks
- Apply structure by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to maintain consistent testing
- Document reproducibly by producing reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can act on
- Collaborate on sensitive projects with clear guidelines and wellness resources
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and threats in the field of AI and cybersecurity
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the mercor team
- Provide input on the design and development of new AI models and systems
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in red teaming and cybersecurity
- Strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Native fluency in English and Tamil
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AI models and systems
