## About the Role As an AI Solutions Architect at Andela, you will play a critical role in driving customer success through the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in bridging the gap between customer needs and Andela's delivery capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, develop solutions, and deploy proof-of-concepts that meet customer requirements. The role of an AI Solutions Architect is multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of AI technologies, digital transformation, and business operations. You will be responsible for leading discovery sessions, mapping workflows, and identifying pain points to develop tailored solutions that drive customer value. Reporting to the Head of AI Solutions Incubation, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of AI-powered solutions. Your input will be invaluable in shaping the company's AI strategy and driving growth through innovation.

## What You Will Do - Lead discovery sessions with customers to identify business problems and develop tailored solutions - Design custom architectures and develop technical proposals that meet customer requirements - Build working proof-of-concepts with production-quality code and integrate with customer systems - Provide technical leadership and expertise to build customer confidence - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer context and support delivery handoffs - Identify solution gaps and propose new solution packages to drive customer success - Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers to ensure long-term success - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation - Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and drive product development

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, and solution architecture - Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing - Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure - Strong technical skills, including programming languages like Python or Java - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and collaborate with global teams - Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

## Nice to Have - Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines - Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes - Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch - Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI - Certification in AI, machine learning, or related fields
