What You Will Do
- Aid in the scope, design, and build of applications and infrastructure-related components for application hosting solutions
- Develop utilities, tools, data fixes, and Sage Intacct page-level customizations to support internal staff and specialized initiatives
- Communicate effectively with internal staff, external development vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Design and implement data integration solutions using various technologies and tools
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions and systems
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure solutions meet requirements and are free of defects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and technology and apply that knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff and clients as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing, building, and implementing AI and automation solutions
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and manipulation
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations
