What You Will Do
- Partner with SMB and mid-market customers to understand their AI/ML objectives and challenges
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the adoption of Arize AI's solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, and engineering, to ensure aligned efforts
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and other engagements to educate customers about Arize AI's products and their applications
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for product improvement and innovation
- Develop case studies and success stories to demonstrate the value of Arize AI's solutions
- Work closely with the product development team to provide insights from customer interactions
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and their potential applications
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Arize AI and build partnerships
- Manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously, prioritizing needs and delivering results
- Provide regular progress reports and insights to senior management
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a solutions management or equivalent role, preferably in the AI/ML or technology sector
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in business
- Experience in driving digital transformation and technology adoption in SMB or mid-market companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events (as travel restrictions allow)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Experience with remote work tools and technologies, given the nature of the role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
