  • Engage with functional leaders across the business to understand their priorities and surface opportunities for AI-driven solutions
  • Build tools that integrate with existing systems, including Salesforce, to enhance workflow efficiency and data-driven decision-making
  • Draft and implement AI-powered tools such as agents that automate customer success replies, Slack-based workflows for finance approvals, and internal evaluation harnesses
  • Query internal systems in plain language to facilitate easier data access and analysis
  • Continuously iterate and improve tools based on feedback from stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to wire systems together, including APIs, webhooks, SaaS integrations, and async workflows
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical stakeholders and drive tool adoption
  • Ability to work under ambiguity, iterate from real feedback, and prioritize tasks for maximum impact
  • Experience with Salesforce integration is a plus
  • Familiarity with startup or high-growth environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with building copilots, agents, or workflow automations
  • Knowledge of orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Temporal, or similar
  • Experience with vector databases or retrieval systems
  • Previous work with integrations for Slack, Zendesk, Notion, or Jira
