What You Will Do

• Carefully review and label data, including text, images, and videos, to help AI models understand and communicate effectively
• Identify and flag factually incorrect, sensitive, or inappropriate material
• Work on a variety of projects, including rating AI-generated content, evaluating factual accuracy, and comparing responses
• Collaborate with other professionals from around the world to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models
• Provide high-quality training data to enable AI models to learn and improve
• Participate in online projects and tasks, and work independently to meet project deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve your work
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed to a high standard

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in any professional role
• Advanced level of English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken
• Logical thinking, fact-checking, and reasoning abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and follow complex instructions
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to ask clarifying questions when needed
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI or machine learning models
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
• Experience with data annotation or labeling tools
• Certification in AI or machine learning
• Experience working in a remote or freelance capacity
