About the Role

The AI Trainer role at Toloka AI is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of artificial intelligence. As an annotator, you will be working on a variety of projects, including rating AI-generated content, evaluating factual accuracy, and comparing responses. What You Will Do

  • Carefully review provided data, including text, images, and videos
  • Label or classify content based on project guidelines
  • Identify and flag factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear material
  • Participate in online projects, such as rating AI-generated content and evaluating factual accuracy
  • Compare responses and provide feedback to improve AI performance
  • Work on a project-by-project basis, with the flexibility to choose from a range of opportunities
  • Collaborate with other annotators and project managers to achieve common goals
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new projects, technologies, and workflows
  • Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in annotation, fact-checking, and communication

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in any professional role
  • Advanced level of English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken
  • Logical thinking, fact-checking, and reasoning abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and follow complex instructions
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to ask clarifying questions when needed
  • Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Nice to Have

  • Experience in annotation, fact-checking, or a related field
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
