As a contract position, you will have the flexibility to work independently, managing your own workflow efficiently and documenting your work clearly in Airtable and Crucible. ## What You Will Do - Design and implement AI training scenarios using various digital tools and platforms - Develop richly detailed personas and simulated digital environments to challenge AI agents - Create tasks that test the AI agent's ability to reason, filter, and prioritize effectively - Guide AI agents to success through structured hints and feedback - Document work clearly in Airtable and Crucible, maintaining accurate records of AI agent performance - Collaborate with the AI research team to refine AI agents and improve overall performance - Work independently, managing your own workflow and prioritizing tasks effectively - Participate in regular feedback sessions, providing insights and suggestions for improving AI agent capabilities - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to improve AI training scenarios and outcomes

## What We Are Looking For - Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics - 2+ years of professional experience in a related field, such as AI, machine learning, or software development - Strong written communication and attention to detail, with the ability to document work clearly and concisely - Experience with structured tools, such as JSON editors, Airtable, and AI platforms - Comfort with autonomous work environments, managing your own workflow and prioritizing tasks effectively - Strong understanding of digital environments, including tools like Gmail, Slack, Calendar, WhatsApp, and Google Drive - Ability to think creatively, developing innovative solutions to complex problems

## Nice to Have - Writing experience in roles like copywriter, UX writer, or journalist, with a strong portfolio of written work - Experience with multi-stakeholder coordination, such as project management or account management - World-building or creative design experience, such as game design or UX research, with a portfolio of relevant work - Technical or data comfort, with experience in JSON, Jira/Asana, SQL, or Python
