About the Role
The AI Transformation Coach will work across teams to adopt AI-driven ways of working, focusing on sustainable transformation rather than surface-level activity.Responsibilities
- Work with teams to identify areas for AI-driven improvement and design supporting processes
- Help teams move from experimentation to integration of AI tooling
- Address coordination gaps and process debt created by AI adoption
- Collaborate with leadership to translate AI strategy into practical change
Requirements
- Proven experience as an organizational change practitioner
- Ability to learn new technical domains quickly and work alongside engineering teams
- Experience designing and evolving team processes
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
