About the Role
Insider One is seeking a highly skilled AI Transformation Lead to drive the company's AI strategy forward. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for embedding AI and machine learning technologies into the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning, as well as experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering cutting-edge products and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-powered solutions that drive customer engagement and revenue growth, and will work closely with the company's leadership team to shape the overall AI strategy.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement AI-powered solutions that drive customer engagement and revenue growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and embed AI and machine learning technologies into the organization
- Collaborate with the company's leadership team to shape the overall AI strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
- Work closely with the company's data science team to develop and implement predictive models and algorithms
- Develop and implement AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants
- Collaborate with the company's marketing team to develop and implement AI-powered marketing campaigns
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and embedding AI and machine learning technologies into organizations
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning, including predictive modeling and algorithm development
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and marketing
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in working with agile methodologies and collaborative tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision making
Nice to Have
- Experience in working with cloud-based AI and machine learning platforms
- Knowledge of programming languages, including Python, R, and SQL
- Experience in working with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
- Certification in AI, machine learning, or a related field
