AI Transformation Owner, Marketing

About the Role

The role requires a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to drive measurable outcomes. You will work closely with an AI Engineer to build working solutions and scale them up to production grade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI implementation and strategy, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will Do

• Own the AI strategy for your function, aligned with business priorities and executive guidance
• Map how work flows across your function end-to-end, including handoffs upstream and downstream to other organizations
• Manage intake of AI requests, ideas, and pain points from across the function
• Prioritize strategically against business outcomes and executive guidance
• Prototype solutions, configure agents, and prove what's possible before pulling in engineering support to scale it
• Work closely with an AI Engineer to build working solutions and scale them up to production grade
• Drive measurable outcomes against key challenges and track progress over time
• Ensure every team member has a clear route to surface what they need, rather than building independently
• Hold the line on priorities and ensure the AI Engineer's time is spent on the highest-impact work

What We Are Looking For

• Strong background in AI implementation and strategy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to drive measurable outcomes and track progress over time
• Experience in managing the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from understanding current workflows to implementing new solutions
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to identify areas where AI can drive significant impact
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including AI Engineers and executive sponsors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
