About the Role
The AI Video Specialist role at Bamboo Works is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, education, and healthcare. As a specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality AI videos that transform complex medical information into engaging online courses and products. You will have the chance to collaborate with a renowned medical doctor and work on projects that have the potential to impact the lives of millions of people.Day-to-day, you will be working on designing and editing video sales letters, creating AI avatars, and developing user-generated content style ads. You will also be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of avatars, including voice modulation, lip-syncing, and authoritative delivery. Your work will involve maintaining 100% consistency in tone and medical credibility across all localized versions.

What You Will Do
- Create and manage high-fidelity, language-specific AI clones for various target languages
- Design and edit high-converting video sales letters for core products
- Develop user-generated content style ads using AI to create authentic social proof
- Produce rapid variations of hooks and CTAs for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok based on real-time performance data
- Convert raw books, lectures, and research into structured, AI-led course videos and premium educational modules
- Implement AI voice and video localization to ensure a native educational experience
- Provide graphic design support for product assets, marketing collateral, and website modules
- Ensure all visual designs align with the brand’s high-end, medical-authority aesthetic
- Collaborate with the medical doctor to ensure accuracy and credibility of medical information
- Work independently in a remote environment to manage complex projects
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in AI clone creation or a similar role
- Proven experience with AI video and avatar tools, preferably Seedance
- Strong AI prompting skills across text, voice, and video
- Experience in traditional graphic design and editing
- Experience working with long-form, knowledge-heavy content
- Ability to digest dense medical information and structure it for video
- Attention to detail and a deep respect for subject-matter accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment without constant instruction
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI UGC video and VSL creation
- Knowledge of Meta, YouTube, and TikTok advertising platforms
- Familiarity with real-time performance data analysis
- Certification in graphic design or a related field
