What You Will Do
- Produce publish-ready images, short-form videos, and copy using AI generation tools, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and integrate the best into existing workflows to improve output quality and production speed.
- Develop and maintain structured prompt libraries and repeatable workflows for consistent, on-brand output at scale.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and other teams to advise on AI-generated content strategies.
- Create short-form video and static visuals optimized for various channels, including Instagram, TikTok, paid ads, Amazon listings, the website, and email.
- Track content performance across channels and use data to iterate on formats, prompts, and workflows.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of AI-generated content that showcases versatility and skill in using different AI tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and its applications in content creation.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience producing AI-assisted content for marketing or content workflows.
- Proven track record of independence in taking a brief from concept to finished asset without needing designers or editors.
- Hands-on experience with AI generation tools, including those that support style locking and character consistency.
- Ability to translate product briefs or campaign goals into compelling visual and written output.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency, visual quality, and tone, with attention to detail.
- Experimental mindset with the ability to run structured tests on prompts, models, and workflows.
- Team player with the ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations clearly to non-technical colleagues.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Firefly, or Krea.
